Ray Techniques Ltd. (RAY) is a private small company founded in 2009 in Jerusalem and engaged in nanodiamond (ND) technologies for various advanced applications. RAY produces ND and ND dispersions within various solvents by proprietary technology. Recently RAY has developed highly efficient method for treatment friction pairs with ND composites significantly reducing friction, enabling energy saving, increasing durability of mechanisms and reducing operating noise. These composites could be used in the manufacturing and operation of mechanisms in which decrease in friction is an important challenge, particularly in wind power generators.

What we offer

The company specializes in manufacturing nanodiamond composite materials for diverse applications, particularly for antiwear treatment of friction pairs.
We propose using nanodiamond lubricants for lapping and finishing friction pairs in assembly and running-in machines and mechanisms, as well as for regular operation.
Nanodiamonds uniformly dispersed in lubricants perfectly polish friction surfaces reducing the friction. In addition, diamond nanoparticles introduce into metal friction surfaces creating protective diamond layer with high wear resistance.
Nanodiamond antifriction composites could be used in wind energetics for increase in the performance of power generators and their service life.
